Coaching and mentoring

Executive coaching has moved on in recent years.  Where once it was seen as a remedial meaure, the use of executive coaches by high powered business people and global leaders like Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama, has changed the way that coaching is being viewed.  Coaching is seen by those receiving it as an investment in them, and in their personal, professional and career development.

Professional services firms and corporates are all unique, and are organised and operate differently.  This leads to senior personnel working within them exhibiting very different behaviours, outlooks, and expectations. We are sensitive to these differences. Our coaches come from a range of backgrounds but are all trained in International Coach Federation methods and apply their ethical codes and standards to ensure that coach and coachee can form a complementary partnership.
