We offer a broad range of professional development programmes and coaching for executives at all levels of experience, from the most junior up to partner and principal level.


We don’t see training as a one-off event but as part of a developmental process by which skills accumulate and mature. Therefore, our programmes are progressive, helping executives develop or refine skills as their careers advance. We welcome the opportunity to work with clients in building an integrated programme to support the development of their people at key stages of their careers and to ensure they are best equipped to operate at the highest level. 


We offer career coaching and mentoring programmes, particularly for senior personnel growing into key executive roles, partnership and co-ownership. A number of our presenters are trained in International Coach Federation methods or are certified in Professional Coaching Practice.


Since our programmes are bespoke, their structure and content will vary to suit the specific needs of each client.  However, the courses outlined in the menus above give a snapshot of the types of programme we can offer.
