Jamie Barr has been a corporate finance and M&A lawyer in Hong Kong and London for 25 years, advising on all equity related matters from M&A to equity capital market transactions, joint ventures and private equity.  He also spent six years as a corporate financier at an investment bank in London. He was Hogan Lovells’ most highly ranked M&A lawyer in Asia and headed the firm’s Hong Kong and Asia Corporate practices for 10 years. He is a certified practitioner with the MBTI, LEA360 and FIRO-B instruments. He is also in the process of acquiring accreditation as an International Coach Federation associate certified coach.

Tracy Williams spent 15 years practicing as a litigation solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, construction, engineering and IT disputes, international arbitration and investigations.  From there she moved laterally into a professional development role; designing and delivering legal training and career development programmes for a global commercial law firm. She is an accredited practitioner in the use of the MBTI and FIRO-B instruments.  She is certified by the International Coach Federation in Professional Coaching Practice and is in the process of accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach.

David Bruce is a chartered accountant and management consultant and has spent more than 25 years teaching finance and accounting to non-finance executives. He now teaches and coaches corporate executives, lawyers and entrepreneurs in the areas of investment, wealth management, finance, accounting and Hong Kong SFC regulatory exams.  He is also in the process of acquiring accreditation as an International Coach Federation associate certified coach.

John Levack entered the private equity industry in 1982 when he joined 3i plc in England.  He has been Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association since 2010, chairing the education committee and the technical committee.  He is also a member of the Financial Services Development Council which advises the Chief Executive on financial sector reform in Hong Kong.

Robert Lewis is senior international counsel with Zhong Lun Law Firm, one of the top three Chinese domestic law firms.  He was the first senior foreign lawyer to join a leading Chinese firm.  Robert has been licensed to practice law in California since 1985 but has worked continuously in China since 1993.  He has fluent Mandarin and written Chinese, and is the co-founder of the China Going Global Think-tank, which provides information and services for Chinese outbound investors.

Alexandra Millbrook is a barrister admitted in England and Wales.  She practiced civil and criminal law for a number of years before joining the UK Government Legal Service. She is a CEDR and family qualified mediator and a former editor of Current Law and Stroud's Judicial Dictionary.  She is in the process of acquiring accreditation as an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach.  Until recently, she chaired an NGO in Hong Kong which provides pro bono assistance to migrant workers.
