Tracy Williams

Tracy is a solicitor admitted in England and Wales since 1993 and in Hong Kong since 1996.  She spent 15 years practicing commercial litigation across both jurisdictions, with an emphasis on construction, engineering and technology disputes, international arbitration and investigations.

In 2007, she moved into a regional management role with Hogan Lovells and has spent the last 8 years in talent recruitment, knowledge management and legal development. In that role she was responsible for designing and delivering legal training and career development programmes across the firm’s offices in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Tracy is an accredited facilitator for provision of MBTI and Firo-B and a Certified Online Learning Facilitator.  She is in the process of acquiring International Coach Federation accreditation.

She also tutors part time at the universities in Hong Kong on various aspects of commercial law.
